PredictBy makes this privacy policy available to you through the website www.predictby.com to inform you, in detail, about how we treat your personal data, information you provide to us, and how we protect your privacy. In the case of introducing changes in the future, we will notify you through the website or through other means so that you are aware of the new privacy conditions introduced.

What is our purpose for processing your personal data?

 

At PredictBy we collect and process your personal data to provide you with optimal services. We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

-          Channel requests for information or contacts

-          Management and recruitment of the services offered by our company

-          Management of the employment relation, in the case of our employees.

-          Management of the commercial relationship maintained with our suppliers.

-          Management of staff selection.

-          Keep you informed about products and services that may be of interest to you through different communication channels provided only that you have given your consent.

 

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

 

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of the data is the compliance of the pre-contractual and/or contractual relationship (execution of the contract).

With your consent, we may provide you with commercial information.

 

How do we collect your information?

 

We collect your personal information via different communication channels, but you will always be informed at the time of collection through informative clauses regarding the person responsible for the treatment; the purpose and legal basis of the processing; the receivers of the information and the period of conservation of your data information; and the way in which you can exercise the rights that assist you in terms of data protection.

 

The collected personal information we process is limited to identifying data (such as name and surname, address, ID, telephone number and email address).

 

Regarding recruitment and staff management, we collect academic and professional data to meet the obligations arising from the maintenance of the employment relationship or, where appropriate, to become part of our staff.

 

PredictBy uses social networks and this is another way to communicate with you. The information collected through the messages and communications that you publish may contain personal information that is available online and accessible to the public. These social networks have their own privacy policies explaining how they use and share your information, so PredictBy recommends that you consult their privacy policies before using them to confirm that you agree with the way your information is collected, treated and shared.

 

On our website, we collect personal data related to your browsing by using cookies. To get a better understanding of the cookies we use, what their purposes are and how you can configure or disable them, we refer to our Cookies Policy.

 

User Responsibility

 

By providing us with your data through online channels, the user guarantees that they are over 14 years old, and that the data provided to PredictBy is true, accurate, complete and updated. For these purposes, the user confirms that he or she is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated and that he or she will keep the provided information updated, so that it is in line with the current situation. The user is responsible for the false and inaccurate data that he may provide, as well as for the damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from it.

 

How long do we keep your information?

 

We retain the data we collect for different periods of time depending on what it is and how we use it, to comply with the legal obligations that are imposed on us and to attend to the possible responsibilities that may derive from the fulfillment of the purpose for which the data was collected.

 

In the case that you want to become part of our staff and apply to one of our jobs, the data provided will be stored and kept for the duration of the selection process and for a maximum of two years or until you exercise your right of deletion.

 

In any case, and as a general rule, we will keep your personal information as long as there is a binding contractual relationship or you do not exercise your right of deletion and/or limitation of treatment, in which case, the information will be blocked without giving use beyond its conservation, while it may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or could derive some kind of liability that had to attended.

 

To whom do we communicate your data?

 

At PredictBy we do not share your personal information, except for those assignments that we must make based on imposed legal obligations.

Also, your personal information will be available to the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

International data transfers

 

There are no international transfers of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

 

What are your rights in relation to the processing of your data and how can you exercise them?

 

The regulations on data protection allow you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of data and opposition and limitation to its treatment, as well as not being the subject of decisions based solely on the automated treatment of your data, when proceed.

 

To exercise your rights, the company makes the following options available to you:

 

By written and signed request addressed to PredictBy, S.L. Llacuna 118, 1, 1 08018 Barcelona Ref. Exercise of Rights LOPD.

 

Sending a scanned and signed form to the email address dataprotection@predictby.com indicating in the subject Exercise of LOPD Rights.

 

In both cases, you must prove your identity by attaching a photocopy or, where possible, a scanned copy, of your ID or equivalent document in order to verify that we only respond to the interested party or their legal representative, and regarding the latter, you must provide a document accrediting the representation.

 

Also, and especially if you think that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, we inform you that you can file a claim in light of the Data Protection Delegate (dpo@predictby.com) in light of the national control authority for these purposes to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid or at www.aepd.es.
