PredictBy strengthens institutional and individual capabilities by designing tailored interventions across all our key domains. This includes developing training materials, organizing webinars, and facilitating twinning programs between EU countries. We integrate behavioural science, technical expertise, and policy frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
We employ participatory and evidence-based engagement strategies, including stakeholder mapping, co-design workshops, key informant interviews and behavioural diagnostics, among others. Engagement is structured around inclusive toolkits, continuous feedback loops, and multi-level consultation processes. These practices ensure that diverse voices inform policy development and project execution.
