Work-life balance is an important part of a productive and happy team and is central to our working culture. While we believe in the importance of in-person collaboration, hybrid working is accommodated.

PredictBy is focused on having a positive impact on people, society, and the planet. We try to give recommendations to our clients to improve their environmental contribution and shift to circular and regenerative practices. We also aim to reduce our air-miles as a team wherever possible.
