Carla Scarlato is a research consultant at PredictBy. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at Bocconi University in Milan, specializing in International Politics and Policy Analysis.

Before joining PredictBy, Carla worked as a public sector consultant in Rome, collaborating with national and regional institutions on projects related to health and social care integration, the prevention of violence against women, and digital transformation. She also gained professional experience at the World Bank and completed an internship at the European Investment Bank.

Carla brings specialized expertise and a strong interest in policy evaluation and data analysis, which she applies to her work at PredictBy, contributing to projects focused on public and European health.

Outside of work, Carla feels most at home on hiking trails surrounded by nature—and she’ll never say no to a drink with friends!
