Guillermina Pappier (LLM) is a research consultant at PredictBy. She is a qualified lawyer from Argentina (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella) and holds a Master’s degree in Global Health from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She is interested in how law and policy can drive sustainable change in health systems, ensuring equitable access to innovation and quality care across multiple areas such as biotechnology, reproductive health, and cancer prevention, amongst others.

Prior to her role at PredictBy, Guillermina worked for over four and a half years at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, where she focused her research on health inequalities, reproductive health, and the prevention of noncommunicable diseases.

Outside of work, Guillermina enjoys practicing Ashtanga yoga, reading Latin American novels, cooking for friends and family, and spending time with her cat, Mango.
