Rui joined PredictBy as a Corporate Services Officer, with a background in Human Resources and Talent Management. Before joining PredictBy, Rui worked in international companies and was involved in all aspects of people management. To him, cooperation is the name of the game, and he works to ensure that every employee has their needs met and their voices heard, while supporting them in maximizing their operational potential. He specializes in administrative operations but has experience working with every slice of the metaphorical people management pie.

Rui is a native Portuguese speaker with native level English and an advanced proficiency in Spanish. He has a university degree in International Relations from Universidade de Évora, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.

Outside of work, Rui is an avid swimmer, a voracious reader, as well as a huge fan of any kind of game you can play over a table with family and friends.
