Valeria is a Health Data Consultant at PredictBy, where she supports the implementation of the European Health Data Space across multiple regions in Spain. She is a medical doctor specialised in Preventive Medicine and Public Health, trained in Peru and Spain, and holds an MPH from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an MSc in Global Health Policy from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.

She brings extensive experience in public health, applied epidemiology, and health data analytics and research, working at the intersection of health systems, data governance and global health policy. Before joining PredictBy, she worked in multidisciplinary teams at primary-care and tertiary hospitals settings, the Catalan Public Health Agency (ASPCAT), Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva and the National Centre of Epidemiology in Peru (CDC-Peru). Valeria is passionate about using health data to strengthen systems, inform policy, and reduce health inequalities.

Outside work, Valeria enjoys travelling, discovering new food, artistic activities, and she’s always open to book and film recommendations.
