A PROJECT FOR: Erasmus+
It is important for elderly people to be engaged actively in society and to deal with social issues. There is a need for opportunities to promote lifelong learning and senior’s active inclusion in society to be able to connect with others. Hence, GAP-IOS aims at social integration of the elderly and seniors in a unique way where they can engage in social life through high-quality learning opportunities via digital learning solutions through various learning methods.
Based on desk research, different training courses are created for the elderly. These trainings are based on health literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy, legal literacy, hobby activities, and cultural and literature literacy. These training courses are also presented to several peer-trainers in different countries to stimulate social interaction between the elderly.
The envisioned result
